Mothers Unfolding Group

Service Description

Join our postpartum group to find community, learn about life with your newborn and support for the postpartum period. We will meet with the same group of new parents for weekly 60-minute zoom sessions, for a total of 8 weeks. During our sessions, you will build relationships and find support with like-minded people. Your Dancing Star Birth facilitator will cover topics like baby development, baby sleep, breastfeeding, community living, pelvic floor health and more! $199 plus GST for the 8 classes. Mothers Unfolding is about building community and finding lifelong friends in a judgment-free zone. Adjusting to parenthood can be challenging. Connecting with other parents can make life easier and more fun. Come find your group. The recommended time to join postpartum is 2 weeks-3 months. Cancellation Policy

Classes must have sufficient registration to run. Rarely, we need to cancel a class due to lack of registration. If that should happen, we will find another class for you, schedule a private class, or return your full registration, as you prefer. Full payment for classes should be received within one month of the class, to ensure your registration. Should you need to cancel for medical reasons anytime prior to the start of class, you can request to switch your class to a one on one online session. If you have given birth before the start of the class, a refund will be given minus a $100 non-refundable deposit. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can fill the spot. For all other cancellation reasons, up to 3 weeks before the class start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available 3 weeks before the class starts and for the duration of the class. If you need to miss a single class, you can ask your mentor if you can come early or stay late to help set-up or clean-up during another time and get the low-down on what you missed.
