A Child is born, a Mother is born
Mothers Unfolding is a five week series for new moms and babies (pre-crawling) that goes beyond baby care to explore identity, balance, relationships, intuition, and community in motherhood.This is a wonderful opportunity to build a new community of friends while sharing in the challenges and beauty of new motherhood.
We encourage you to join a group between 1 and 6 months postpartum (before your baby is crawling). Locations include Pomegranate Midwives in east Vancouver, Yoga on 7th at Main St. in central Vancouver, Sacred Space in Kitsilano, and in Port Moody at Bodies by London.

Seasoned Mothers
Mama Renew offers a community of support to reclaim, reconnect, and rebalance as women.
Each Mama Renew group offers five biweekly sessions with mothers of older children (ages one - eighteen years) in a Mama Renew Group to reconnect, reclaim, and create balance in your life. Locations include Mount Pleasant & Kitsilano in Vancouver, Port Moody, and Vancouver Island.
