Birthing From Within Prenatal Classes are both informative & transformative—meeting the needs of your Heart and Mind in preparation for birth and parenthood. Each class offers you a unique balance between practical information and personal preparation.

Both weekend and monthly groups are available, and our small classes of 6-9 couples ensure a personal approach. Cost is $250 (+ gst) per couple. We find it is ideal to finish your prenatal class within 3 - 10 weeks of your due date. Questions? Please contact us.
